Types Grown:

  • Purple- Purple, oblong eggplants that are great for Eggplant Parmesan. This eggplant variety has edible seed on the inside with a tender, mild, and slightly bitter taste.

  • Sicilian- A tender eggplant with excellent flavor. This eggplant has very few seeds and is great for all kinds of eggplant recipes!

  • Japanese- A long slender eggplant with few seeds. This variety is great for roasting and stir fries!
